take-e-way GmbH at Hamburg/Germany takes over the requirements and obligations of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (WEEE/ElektroG), of the Batteries Act (BattG) and of the Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV) for small and medium-sized companies in Germany, Europe and abroad according the environmental legislation.

Together with the VERE Association (Alliance for the Returning and Recycling of Electric and Electronic Devices) founded in 2003 – the biggest organization with the most members of electrical equipment producers and retailers in Germany – take-e-way represents the interests of more than 2.100 small and medium-sized companies in compliance with the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act also on the political level.

take-e-way is based in Hamburg/Germany and offers a complete WEEE full service, batteries act service and packaging ordinance service to manfacturers and  retailers from all over the world.
