New registration obligation for packaging in Spain

The Spanish packaging law obliges producers to register their packaging. Distributors from abroad must also register through an authorised representative if they sell packaged products in Spain.

New battery obligations in force

The first requirements of the new EU Battery Regulation have been gradually coming into force since 18 February 2024. In principle, the new obligations apply immediately in all member states without further adaptation. trade-e-bility offers customised training if required.
