I/We herewith declare my/our participation in the take-e-way direct debit order procedure and authorize take-e-way revocably to collect the payments, which I/we need to make for the rendered services on maturity at the expends of my/our account by means of direct debit order procedure. I/We would like to ask you to immediately submit collection receipts to my/our above mentioned bank on the date of invoice. I/We will make provisions for sufficient account coverage on time. This authorization is valid until it is revoked towards take-e-way in writing. As a matter of fact, I/we assure the completeness and correctness of the above data.

As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.

This registration order is part of the International Service Contract and subject to the terms and conditions stated therein. With submission by the producer, it becomes an integral part of the contract. take-e-way GmbH confirms to check the possibilities of a registration according to the previously given information and to commission it if necessary. Should a registration not be possible or necessary, the producer will be informed about this. Please note that only by signing the International Service Contract the registration process will be started.
