ElektroG & WEEE in Europe – Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Austria – Invitation to Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt – November 3rd, 2015

International symposium with regard to the implementation of the WEEE directive into German national law at Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt/Germany on November 3rd, 2015

Dear VERE Members and take-e-way Customers,

The new Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) is close to its implementation and does not only raise lots of questions, but some aspects seem to be incomprehensible at the first glance. Again and again, such a new law creates some problems in practice, i.e. during the implementation.

In order to be able to mostly avoid such problems in advance, we would like to discuss any possible difficulties that might occur on November 3rd, 2015 with the competent ministries, the Foundation EAR and possibly a member of the European administration at our this year's symposium “WEEE in Europe”.

Also, in implementing the WEEE Directive in Europe and the new setup of the “Representative” the diverse and different administrative practice of our European member states are being reflected. Also, in this case we would like to show how difficult it is to cut one's way through the administrative jungle, but that it would be however possible to find a way through it.

The event will take place at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt on the Main and is free of charge for our members and customers. An English simultaneous translation of all lectures will be available.

We are looking forward to 13 exciting presentations regarding most different topics including numerous aspects of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) and the WEEE.

We reserved 150 places for you which will be quickly booked out as far as our previous experience. Therefore, we are looking forward to your timely registration with our Mrs. Silke Meyer under info@vereev.de or under +49/40/219010-64.

Please find attached a detailed program of the event.

With kind regards, Your team of VERE e.V. and take-e-way
