Italy: Environmental labelling obligation for packaging suspended until 31.12.2022

The environmental labelling obligation for packaging in Italy has been suspended again until 31 December 2022. For more information, see the text of the law, which is available in Italian.

The environmental labelling obligation for packaging in Italy has been suspended again until 31/12/2022. Furthermore, non-compliant packaging already placed on the market or labelled on 1 January 2023 may be marketed until stocks are exhausted.
