Latest e-systems carbon footprint report available

In the spirit of the climate protection slogan ‘Acting consciously’, the three e-systems companies take-e-way, trade-e-bility and get-e-right proactively pursue their continuous climate protection path and thus keep an eye on the effects of their actions on the climate. Our measures and the carbon footprint report are available here.

The e-systems Group wants to live up to its corporate responsibility. In the spirit of the climate protection slogan Acting consciously, the three e-systems companies take-e-way, trade-e-bility and get-e-right proactively pursue their continuous climate protection path and thus keep an eye on the effects of their actions on the climate. From the point of view of the corporate family, commitment to climate protection will also take on an increasingly important role in the economy, which we would like to fulfil at an early stage.

Our long-term goal is to do as much as possible under our own steam to continuously reduce our carbon footprint. e-systems aims to implement at least three different measures per year. It was possible for selected measures from 2021 to be successfully implemented in 2022.

On the basis of the climate protection balances prepared, we have offset our calculated CO2-emissions as a group of companies from Scope 1 and Scope 2. As a compensation measure, we participate in the Guacamaya Programme in Honduras. The support is provided by one of our two shareholders, namely Buhck Umweltservices GmbH Co. KG. As part of the Buhck Group, we are also indirectly involved in the renaturation of the Herrenmoor Kleve project. In the future, we would like to establish and implement as many reduction measures as possible so that less compensation will be necessary over time.

Our second carbon footprint report is another important step alongside our ISO 14001 certification and the additional measures implemented. Our measures and the climate protection report are available at:
