The obligations of producers and distributors to take back and recycle arise from Section 15 VerpackG. In addition to registration, which had to be completed by 1 July 2022, distributors of transport packaging have other obligations, namely:
- (mandatory registration)
- take-back obligation
- Reporting obligation
- Obligation to provide proof
