Register under ElektroG immediately

Operators of electronic marketplaces and fulfilment service providers must check from 1 July 2023 whether manufacturers/retailers have duly registered their electrical and electronic equipment with the EAR Foundation and may otherwise not be allowed to facilitate the offering or provision of their electrical appliances.
