New registration obligation for packaging in Spain

The Spanish packaging law obliges producers to register their packaging. Distributors from abroad must also register through an authorised representative if they sell packaged products in Spain.

In 2015, take-e-way and Bureau Veritas again will mutually offer four seminars on "Legal requirements in electrical & electronic products"

(Hamburg/Germany) In 2015, take-e-way and the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Germany GmbH again will mutually offer four seminars on "Legal requirements in electrical & electronic products". The seminars will be hold in German language.


Thematic focuses are: Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, WEEE, Battery Act and RoHS

The seminar provides basics, definitions and obligations of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (WEEE) and the Battery Act. In addition, scope, substances and limit values, exceptions as well as obligations to provide proof and the documentation requirements of the RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are imparted.

The objective of the seminar is that the participants understand the requirements and obligations of the directives and laws and learn what they need to observe in their companies.
