Sales to distributors, resellers and installers
Please note: You can only take over the reporting obligation of your distributors, resellers and installers if they are not already registered with Recupel. Once your distributors, resellers and installers are already registered with Recupel, it is not possible to take over the reporting obligation for them. If the take over of obligation is possible the producer responsibility organsiation require the distributor's signature on specific contractual documents. We will provide you with these documents in the course of the registration process. If your distributor refuses to sign, this might lead to your company not being allowed to take over the reporting obligation for your distributor.
Eine Entpflichtung Ihrer Vertriebshändler, Wiederverkäufer und Installateure ist nur möglich sollten diese nicht bereits bei Recupel registriert sein. Sobald Ihre Vertriebshändler, Wiederverkäufer und Installateure bereits bei Recupel registriert sind ist die Übernahme der Meldepflicht nicht möglich. Bei einer möglichen freiwilligen Entpflichtung fordert die Herstellerorganisation die Unterschrift des Distributoren auf bestimmten Vertragsdokument. Sie erhalten diese Unterlagen im Laufe des Registrierungsprozesses von uns. Verweigert Ihr Vertriebspartner die Unterschrift, kann dies dazu führen, dass Sie die Meldeverpflichtung für Ihren Distributor nicht übernehmen dürfen.
You need to register your batteries, if you sell sell loose batteries. Permanently installed batteries do not have to be registered separately. A battery is considered permanently installed if it can only be removed by professionals.Please note: Batteries that are not installed but supplied only once with a delivered product do not have to be registered separately with Inobat.
Please note: If you want to take over the reporting obligation of your distributor in Switzerland, one or more take-back schemes require the distributor's signature on specific contractual documents or mandates. We will provide you with these documents in the course of the registration process. If your distributor refuses to sign, this might lead to your company not being allowed to take over the reporting obligation for your distributor. Unlike with electrical and electronic equipment, there are no further restrictions on the voluntary take over of the reporting obligation for batteries.
