I/We herewith declare my/our participation in the take-e-way direct debit order procedure and authorize take-e-way revocably to collect the payments, which I/we need to make for the rendered services on maturity at the expends of my/our account by means of direct debit order procedure. I/We would like to ask you to immediately submit collection receipts to my/our above mentioned bank on the date of invoice. I/We will make provisions for sufficient account coverage on time. This authorization is valid until it is revoked towards take-e-way in writing. As a matter of fact, I/we assure the completeness and correctness of the above data.

As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.

With submission by the producer, it becomes an integral part of the contract. take-e-way GmbH confirms to check the possibilities of a registration according to the previously given information and to commission it if necessary. Should a registration not be possible or necessary, the producer will be informed about this. Please note that only by signing the International Service Contract the registration process will be started.
