Waste prevention and eco-design plan

What is the waste prevention and eco-design plan about?

The French AGEC law aims at promoting circular economy and the fight against waste. Among others, it requires producers to submit a five-year plan per waste stream, including information and targets regarding reduction and reuse, the origin of raw materials, the consumption of recycled material and recyclability. You shall find more information in the PDF document.

By sending the registration order to us, we will consider that you agree with the template plan proposed by take-e-way and take-e-way will send this template plan on your behalf to the relevant take-back schemes.
