take-e-way has extended the “Reporting and information obligations for manufacturers” on its website to include the item "Note on waste prevention”. All you need to do now as a take-e-way customer to comply with the new information obligations on websites is to place the following link on your website (e.g. publishing information resp. imprint, below the WEEE number):
We recommend that you use the following words as an anchor text for the link on your website: “Information obligations pursuant to Section 18 (2) of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act”. If you have already placed this link on your website, you do not need to do anything further as far as the online information requirements are concerned.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the take-e-way consultants by phoning +49/40/750687-0 or sending an e-mail message to email@example.com.
