When will e-scooters fall under the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)?

E-scooters mostly fall under the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). The decisive factor is that the e-scooter has no seat or is a two-wheeler.
