You are a small online retailer or shop operator and affected by the Packaging Act?

The operator of a small online shop for yoga mats is also affected by the Packaging Act: she imports her goods from abroad and sells them in Germany directly to end customers; in doing so, she brings packaging that is liable to system participation into circulation. She now requires a quick registration with the foundation "Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister" (German packaging registration board) to avoid admonitions and heavy fines. It can be determined by checking the register open to public inspection whether market participants concerned are registered or not. take-e-way immediately gives free and competent advice, provides a speedy service as well as simple solutions at fair prices.
