New registration obligation for packaging in Spain

The Spanish packaging law obliges producers to register their packaging. Distributors from abroad must also register through an authorised representative if they sell packaged products in Spain.

UK: Do you need to offer your own take-back solution?

All producers who sell electrical products used in private households via online/distance selling techniques (directly to UK end-users) and WEEE producers in the UK with a local business selling electrical products directly to end-users worth less than £100,000 per year must provide their own take-back solution or can join the DTS take-back scheme.
