Producers who have to fulfil obligations on minimum recyclate contents in their packaging are to be given preferential access to recycled material.

The Swedish packaging take-back system FTI will be incorporated into the Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) Näringslivets Producentansvar (NPA) as per 1st January 2024. By 1st November 2023, all producers must have joined an admitted PRO.
