According to the information of lots of customers of take-e-way the Product Safety Act still raises lots of questions almost one year after its coming into force on December 1st, 2011.

An electrical or electronic device is available if chip cards and last but not least the extended functional scope such as cryptographic abilities or electrical currents are required for the proper operation of such cards in the sense of § 3 para. 1 of the ElektroG.

The present regulation that an average weight of 120 grams is taken as basis for the calculation of the guarantee amount will be replaced from January 1st, 2013 on by applying the real weight.
